GOLDSBORO - Addie Winifred Heath Blalock, 80, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, at Kingswood Nursing Home in Aberdeen. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at Mt. Zion PFWB Church in Pink Hill, followed by funeral services at 7 p.m. Burial will be at 12 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2003, in Oak Ridge Memorial Park. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Dianne Brown of Goldsboro and Sharon Gail Kiger of Elizabeth, Penn; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Community Funeral Home of Beulaville.
