ORILLA H. ROBERTS


Funeral services were held Friday afternoon in the Annabella ward chapel for Mrs. Orilla Hooper Roberts wife, of Sidney Roberts who died August 17.


Herbert F. Roberts of the ward bishopric conducted the services. Speakers were Mrs. George Littlefield of Richfield, who had served with Mrs. Roberts as a stake missionary 18 years ago; C. A. Winget a worker in the Manti temple, with whom Mr. and Mrs. Roberts had bad served in genealogical work; Bliss Daniels and Bishop Lloyd N. Gleave. Musical numbers selections by the ward choir, "Oh My Father" and "Sweet Hour of Prayer," directed by Ammon Roberts with Miss Rhea Roberts as accompanist; a vocal solo, "My Father Knows.; by H. Clynn Thurston, accompanied by Miss Roberts, and a vocal solo, "One Fleeting Hour," by Owen Bingham of Richfield, with Miss Melba Cope as accompanist. Resolutions of respect from Camp Red Butte, Daughters of Utah Pioneers were read by Mrs. Byron Hanchett, captain; and a reading composed by Mrs. Jos. L. Anderson of Richfield was read by Mrs. Lloyd N. Gleave. The invocation was by Therion Christensen; the benediction by John Norfords. Interment was in the Annabella cemetery.


Pallbearers bearers were brothers of Mrs. Roberts relief society members carried the many beautiful flowers.
