GREENWOOD SPRINGS - Sherry Law, 52, died Oct. 14, 2011, at Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory. Services are today at 2 p.m. at Full Gospel Worship Center in Vernon, Ala. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services. Mrs. Law was born June 25, 1959, to Eva Mae Patterson Cantrell and the late George Wallace Mangum. She attended Bevil State Community College and was a graduate of Mississippi University for Women. She had worked as an administrator at River Place Nursing Home in Amory and Vineyard Court in Columbus, and as a social worker at Generations of Vernon and Beverly Healthcare in Amory. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Agnes Mangum. Survivors include her husband, Howard Law of Greenwood Springs; mother Eva Mae Cantrell of Sulligent; stepfather, Gene Cantrell of Sulligent; sons, Jason Law of Clearwater, Fla., Earl Cunningham of Gattman, and David Cunningham of Sulligent; daughter, Megan Reese of Aberdeen; sisters, Betty Herdal and Barbara Stockman, both of Sulligent; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers are Jason Law, Earl Cunningham, David Cunningham, Andy Sloan, Zack Hawkins, Justin Hawkins and Tony Woodman.
