Born 14 June 1893 in Ewing Missouri, a daughter of Isaac Jacob Clow and the former Martha Elizabeth Wagner.

Married Gideon Lair 7 January 1933. Belonged to Christian church.

Resided a while in Fargo, Oklahoma. 6 December 1975 began residence at Quinsippi nursing home in Quincy, Illinois.

Willa Lair passed away 17 March 1976 at Blessing hospital in Quincy Illinois. Gideon Lair predeceased her. Additionally her daughter Martha Gosney; one sister Lila; and five brothers: Fred, Isaac, Tarp, Walter, and Willis Clow, predeceased Mrs. Willa Lair.

Arrangements were in Missouri.
