Survived by a son, Jack Phillips of Del City; 5 grandchildren, Sharon Peterson of Del City, Debbie Truman of Anaheim, Ca., Jacalyn Freno of Okla. City, Dawn Garner of Thousand Oaks, Ca. and Crystal Taylor of Choctaw; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Verle Salathiel of Choctaw and a sister, Alohja Gellman of Anaheim, Ca.; and a h ost of other relatives and friends.
Services will be Thursday, Dec. 15, 1994, 11:00 a.m. in the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with burial in Sunny Lane Cemetery.
