Beverly Ann Allandar, 61, of Rye Twp., Perry County, passed away Friday, October 14th, at her residence. Beverly was born in Mechanicsburg, on May 25, 1950, a daughter of the late Betty V. (Troutman) and James E. Hazzard, Sr. She was employed as a Purchasing Agent at General Services-Commonwealth of PA, Harrisburg. A member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Enola.
She is survived by her husband: Roy E. Allandar, III, a daughter, Rebecca A. Paul, of Tampa, FL; a sister, Shirley M. Fetterolf, of Mechanicsburg and a brother, Kelly B. Hazzard, of Ocean Pines, MD. She was preceded in death by a brother: James E. Hazzard, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 in the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 4685 Mt. Zion Drive, Hampden Twp., Enola, with Rev. David A. Watkins officiating.
Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the church. Burial will be in Leininger's Cemetery, Mount Pleasant Mills, PA. Arrangements are entrusted to the Michael J. Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Greater Harrisburg, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
