Dwight Andrew Bounds, 64, of Magee passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011, at University MS Medical Center in Jackson.
Dwight was born in Philadelphia on May 3, 1947, a son of Grose Andrew Bounds, of Philadelphia and the late Mary Lois (Breedlove) Bounds. He is survived by his wife, Betty Herrington Bounds; three daughters, Lacinda Jaynes, of Flowood; Dina Hughes, and Christina Graham, of Magee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; a sister, Lucille Shedd, of Pearl.; and a brother, William Paul Bounds, of Byram. Dwight was preceded in death by a son, Dana Lewis Bounds; and a brother, Kenneth Ray Bounds.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 16, 2011, from 4 pm until 6 pm at Tutor Funeral Home, Magee.
Religious Service will be at Siloam Baptist Church, Magee, at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 17, 2011, with Rev. Raymond Jeffcoat officiating. Interment will be in Siloam Cemetery.
