Susan Miller died October 3, 1959, at a local hospital. She was born June 11, 1894, in Santa Maria; the daughter of Joseph William Henry Coppock (1851–1924) and Mary Elizabeth Eastridge (1857–1918). She was a Ventura County resident for nearly 40 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. June Harper of El Rio; five sons, Nicholas, Walter, Edward, Omar, and Calvin; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
A requiem Mass was held at Santa Clara Church.
Interment was at Santa Clara Cemetery.
