Grover Cleveland McKee
Funeral services were held Sunday morning at 9:30 for Grover Cleveland McKee, age 55, who died suddenly at his home in Eupora Friday morning. Services were held at the Baptist Church with Rev. J. R. Reedy saying the last rites.
The late deceased was born, in Texas, November 4th, 1885, and moved to Mississippi when a young man. He was married to Miss Iva May Roberts in 1908, who preceded him in death by several years.
Mr. McKee followed the printing trade and has worked several times in the Times office and has made a host of friends in Winona who were saddened by the news of his sudden death.
The survivors are daughters, Mrs. C. D. Boyce, Eupora; Mrs. Ray C. Armstrong, Hornell, N. Y.; sons, K. K. McKee, Eupora; Billy McKee, Eupora, and Ira C. McKee, Goodman. Sisters, Mrs. T. B. Foard, Eupora; Mrs. Edna Ford, Eupora, and Mrs. A. C. Wise, Muskogee, Okla.; One brother, A. S. McKee, of Ruleville.
Oliver Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
