In Memoriam.

Departed this life on the 26th of September, 1895, Mrs. Jane Bullock, with paralysis, in her 69th year. She was born in South Carolina in 1826, and removed with her parents in her seventh year to Merriwether County, Georgia, near Mountville, where she lived until 1869. In 1843, she united in marriage to the late D.S. Bullock, who died several years since with the same fatal disease.
In 1865, she removed with her family near Buffalo, Ala., where she resided until her death. In 1872, she united with the Lebanon Presbyterian Church, and was a quiet, consistent member until her death. On the 26th of September last, just after noon, surrounded by her children and grandchildren and friends, she calmly breathed her last as one going to sleep, after a long, weary day of toil.
She was laid to rest beside her husband in the Lebanon burial ground to await the resurrection from the dead. May the Comforter fill every vacant place and soothe every aching heart.
