The Salina Journal 09 Feb 1979 - The funeral of J. Frank Lundy, 65, Asherville, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McDonald Funeral Home in Beloit, Rev. Charles Farmer officiating. Burial will be at the Rice Cemetery in Cloud County with Moose Lodge graveside services.

Mr. Lundy died Wednesday at his home of an apparent heart attack.

He was born January 8, 1914, in Ames and was a longtime Asherville resident. He was a retired Mitchell County Highway Department construction worker.

Mr. Lundy was a member of the Concordia Moose Lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Darlene (Wakely), of the home; two step-sons, Earl Hatfield of Salina and Stephan Hatfield of Huntington, West Virginia; one step-daughter, Mary Ann Hatfield of Ashtabula, Ohio; and one sister, Mrs. Hazel McHenry of Minneapolis.

The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
