Thomas Rainey of Lyles, TN, and Jeffery Rainey of Franklin, TN; three daughters, Mrs. Carol Baker of Franklin, TN, Mrs. Carolyn Valentine of Fairview, TN and Angel Rainey of Franklin, TN; two brothers, Otto Rainey of Nashville, TN and Newell Rainey of Carthage, TN; three sisters, Mrs. Theola Durham of Clarksville, TN, Mrs. Eva Fisher of Lyles, TN and Mrs. Lear Jenkins of Portland, TN; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held at Franklin Memorial Chapel February 28 1995 with Rev. Gilbert Fox officiating. Burial was held at Hudgins Cemetery.

Jim Allen married Peggy Jane Jones 29 October 1955 in Williamson County, Tennessee. Jim and Peggy divorced prior to Dec 1987 when Peggy married William Clay Inman.
