Dr.Randall L. Stonecipher was a member of the First Baptist Church Of Cleveland, the North Lee Rurita Club, the Charleston Lodge No. 484 F.&A.M. and the Elks Lodge No. 1944. For many years he was a member of the Bradley County Conservation Board. He practiced dentistry in Bradley County, Cleveland Tennessee for over 30yrs. Stonecipher was graduate of Bradley Central High School. After completing pre-dental school at East Tennessee State College, Johnson City Tennessee. He received his D.D.S. degree at University Of Tennessee, Memphis Tennessee. He had dental practice in Cleveland since 1958 and was a member of the local Dental Society and was a volunteer dentist for the Bradley County Nursing Home. He had completed mission tours in Mexico. He was active in the Republican Party and a member of the Kappa Delta Kappa Fraternity. He was also a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. He was the husband of Mrs. Doris E. McKee Stonecipher. He had four children. Three sons, Dr.Marcus Randall Stonecipher, Michael Lewis Stonecipher, William Thomas Stonecipher and one daughter Julia Irene Stonecipher. He was the Grandfather of Rebecca Julia Stonecipher. Other survivors include two brothers, Mr.Arless Stonecipher and Mr. David Stonecipher
