GALESBURG - Lloyd Ralph ''Legs'' Calhoun, 67, of 635 E. Fourth St. died at 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2003, at Galesburg Terrace. Born Aug. 6, 1935, in Abingdon to Charles and Minnie Tinkham Calhoun Sr., he married Betty Schrodt in 1958 in Knox County. She survives. Also surviving are two sons, Lloyd (and Teresa) of Galesburg and Marion of Indianola, Iowa; two daughters, Rosemary Campbell and Sally (and Erasmo) DeLacruz, both of Galesburg; one brother, Charles of Abingdon; 18 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his twin brother and one sister.
He worked at Briggs Manufacturing in Abingdon. He also worked as a farm hand and built houses with Harold Davis. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Abingdon Cemetery. The Rev. John Carlson will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.
