Rosanna married James Robert Coggins, on Aug 18th, 1866, in Spartanburg Co SC. Her death cerficiate shows her father as William Wingo. mother unknown at this time.
The 1870 census shows that James and Rosanna had 2 children living in their household; Kennedy (James Kennedy or JK), 2yrs old, and a Marion Gossett 7yrs old, the Gossett child would have been born 1862, thus, it is possible Rosanna had a prior marriage to a Gossett, who may have died in the Civil War, or they could have been just caring for him for reasons unknown. (NOTE: First husband Elihu Marion Gossett# 89639309)
1910 Census in Spartanburg, Rosanna is living with her son JK and his wife. Rosanna died at 93 yrs old, out living her entire family.
Her husband, James memorial Incorrectly show Rosanna's surname of Henley, Death Certificate clearly shows her father as 'William Wingo' not Henley, their son James Kennedy is buried by his mother.
