Amy, widow of Barent H. Sickles, died on Sunday, after a fortnight's illness with influenza followed by erysipelas, and the funeral was conducted at the house on Tuesday by the Rev. J. W. Lendbeater. The deceased was born in Saratoga County, but had been a resident of Coxsackie for many years, her first husband (Lewis Van Loan) being well-known here.
The will of Amy M. Van Loan Sickles, lists her nephew Edgar W. Arnold, residing in Syracuse, NY, nephew Guyon S. Arnold, residing at Millbrook, NY, nephew, Sylvanus A. Lansing residing at Coxsackie, NY and step-daughter, Jennie S. Davis, residing at Roselle Park, NJ.
