Martha Lucinda (Campbell) Christman, 86, died at 7:45pm, Monday in the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Tom and Carol Creger.
She was born in Liberty Township, Crawford County, to the late Leslie and Mae (Baird) Campbell. She was married June 1, 1935, to Lawrence H Christman, who died Sept 13, 1990.
Surviving her are two daughters Mrs Thomas (Carol) Creger and Mrs Gerald (Jeanette) Harris, all of Bucyrus, a son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Cindy Christman of Galion, 13 grandchildren, three gr-grandchildren, three gr-grandchildren, a sister Elsie James of Bucyrus and a brother, Raymond Campbell of Bucyrus.
Preceding her in death were a son-in-law, Gerald Harris.
A homemaker, she lived in the community all her life and was a 1928 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School. She was a member of Zion Chapel United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held Thursday in the Wise Funeral Home. Pastors Edward Rinehart and William Strader Jr will officiate with burial in Union Cemetery, Sulphur Springs.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Zion Chapel Methodist Church, Crawford County Hospice or Cabi Bus Program.
