He was retired as a mechanic for Cincinnati Gas and Electric.
Mr. Curtis was born June 12, 1930 in Bracken County, Ky., the son of the late Charles and Lona-Mae Curtis. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Cyrena Curtis, and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Robin C. and Andrew Allgaier of Batavia; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert C. and Ginger Curtis of Mt. Orab; one granddaughter, Rhiannon Curtis; one grandson, Adam Curtis, both of Mt. Orab; and two nephews, Randall Curtis and Donald Curtis, both of Woodberry, Tenn.
Visitation and funeral services were held Wednesday, March 10 at the Egbert Funeral Home, in Mt. Orab. David Dewitt officiated. Burial was in the Bladeston Cemetery, in Bladeston, Ky.
