Mrs. Martha Cason Expires at Anderson; Long Resident Here Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Martha M. Cason, widow of Joseph T. Cason, which occurred Saturday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred G. Ridge, at Anderson. Mrs. Cason was a native of Clinton County, having been born at Moran, the daughter of William Reed, pioneer residents. Her early life was spent in Clinton County. After her marriage to Mr. Cason the family moved to a farm, northwest of Lafayette, later removing to Lafayette, where they resided until Mr. Cason's death. The deceased was a member of Central Presbyterian church.
Surviving are the daughter, Mrs. Fred Ridge, of Anderson: a grandson, Roland Ridge, of Elwood, and here great-grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Julia A. Browning, Cleveland, O., also survives. Funeral services will be held at the Bradshaw funeral parlors Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Key. W. R- Graham, of Central Presbyterian church, will be in charge.
