Carmen & Robert "Bob" Peebles lived on East Main Street, Lonaconing, Md.

LONACONING - Mrs. Carmen S. Peebles, 55, died suddenly yesterday at her home on East Main Street. She was a daughter of the late John A. and Sada (Keir) Skidmore. Surviving are her husband, Robert D. Peebles, a former mayor of Lonaconing; a son, James D. Peebles, at home: two sisters, Mrs. Marl Hyde, Takoma Park, and Mrs. John Duros of New Jersey; and three brothers, Ronald Skidmore, Cresaptown; Harold and Randall Skidmore, Cumberland. The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home.
A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. John McClain.
Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Peebles was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge.
