Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Westminister Presbyterian Church for a former Gainesville resident, Mrs. Orlean Robinson, 85, of Kansas City, Mo. The Rev Kyle Thurman will officiate. with interment in Fairview Cemetery, directed by Geo. J. Carroll & Son.
Mrs. Robinson died in west Palm Beach, Fla. while she and her son, retired U.S. Navy Capt. Ray M. Robinson, Jr. and his wife were vacationing there. She was a native of Gainesville and the widow of Ray M. Robinson.
In addition to her son, survivors are one sister, Mrs. Irvine Scott Shepard of Shawnee Mission, Kan.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
