Netawaka. January 28, 1894. Mr. Cooper, living five miles north of town, lost a child three years old from membranous croup last Friday.

On Sunday the little Cooper child was buried besides its mother in Soldier cemetery, and on Wednesday a little 18 month child of J. A. Cooper was also interred there, The cause of their death is said to be diphtheria.
