Ada M. Turnbaugh, 59 years old, of Centre Township, New Bloomfield, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the Hershey Medical Center. She was born August 11, 1952 to the late Thomas L. and Charlotte (Jacobs) Turnbaugh. She had worked for the West Perry School District and was a member of and a fire police volunteer for the New Bloomfield Fire Co. She enjoyed reading.
Ada is survived by her brothers, Charles E. Turnbaugh of Newport, James A. Turnbaugh of New Bloomfield, sister, Patty A. Turnbaugh of New Bloomfield and her cat, Maxi.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. from the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery on Monday at 10 a.m.
