Violet F. Casey, 82, Lebanon, died Fri., Feb. 14, 2003. She was born on Aug. 6, 1920 in Indpls., the daughter of the late John A. and Violet Faith Ormsby Baer. She was a 1938 graduate of Zionsville High School and attended beauty school in Indpls. She worked as a beautician in Mace. In Indianapolis she worked as an employee of the William H. Block Company. She spent several years as a secretary in the claims dept. of American United Life Insurance Co., where she retired in 1985.

She was the widow of John Russell Harvey and John William Casey, Sr.

She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church and the Women's Circle there, the White Cross Guild, and Robert Turner American Legion Auxiliary in New Ross Post #427.

Memorials: Charity of the Donor's choice.

Funeral Services: 1:30 p.m. Tues., Feb. 18 at Myers Chapel of Memories, Lebanon, with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Mon., Feb. 17. Burial: Lincoln Memory Gardens, Boone Co., IN.

Survivors: children: John R. Harvey, Lafayette, Nancy Ann Stallsworth, Indpls., Bill Casey, Jamestown; sister Mrs. Everett (Elizabeth) Bamish, New Ross; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
