Mrs. Fannie B. Cobb, 88, died at the home of her son, Lon Cobb, on Central City Route 1 Monday. Funeral Services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Morehead Baptist Church by the Rev. Bob Spears, assisted by the Rev. W. H. Elschide. Burial was in the Coleman Cemetery. She had 133 [sic] living descendants.
She is survived by three sons, Lon Cobb of Central City, Ben Cobb of Logan, W. Va., and Walter Cobb of Chicago, three daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Dennison of Chicago, Mrs. Blanche Tooley and Mrs. Ed O'Banion, both of Central City; 41 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
