Norma was born into a wonderful LDS family with many siblings. She was a faithful member of the church her whole life and served in many capacities. She lived during the great depression and because of that, she was given the nickname of Scotty because she was so frugal. After she and her husband Rex divorced she went to the Oakland temple for her endowments. She was diagnosed with cancer in July and succumbed to it in Sept., 1997. She was a wonderful mother to her two daughters and a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She always had toys, paper dolls, dress-up clothes, and music and videos for the kids when she babysat them.
