Mrs. Clara M. Moats, 90, of 364 Talbert Avenue, Chambersburg, died Sunday at 11:10 pm. in the Chambersburg Hospital
She was the widow of Hiram Moats.
Born December 19, 1869 in the
Grindstone Hill section, she was a daughter of Michael and Barbara (Rosenberry) Helman.
She was a member of the Grindstone Hill Lutheran Church.
She leaves a daughter, Lottie E., and a brother, Michael A. of Chambersburg R. D. 5.
Services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Barbour Funeral Home, Chambersburg, with the Rev. Donald Moul in charge and burial at Grindstone Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
