Son of John Kelley and Sarah Dempsey Kelley, he had married Lucinda, was widowed, a teamster, lived in Oakland Twp., died accidentally when his house burned down, per death certificate 9189, whose informant was Albert Kelley, 123 S. Brown St, Titusville. Buried Jan 28, 1927.

Franklin News-Herald, Friday, Jan 28 1927:
The funeral of George Kelley, who died in the fire that destroyed the Miles Turner house at Bethel, near Dempseytown, Tuesday morning, was held at 2 pm today at the home of a sister, Mrs. Nancy Cutler, on the Franklin-Dempseytown Road, with Rev. W. J. Lloyd, pastor of the Evangelical Church of Dempseytown, officiating. Interment was in the Dempseytown Cemetery.

Two sons, Clarence of Cleveland, and Albert of Titusville, were among those present.
