Jim Amos, son of John Amos died the day following his fathers burial. He lived with his family at Charleston, Ark., and had made the trip to the bedside of his father on Monday, leaving for his home on Tuesday, returning Wednesday the day of his fathers death. While making the trip to Arkansas Mr. Amos contracted a cold which developed into pneumonia, from which he died Friday at 11:30 o'clock. He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. Funeral services were held at the home with interment in the Garland Cemetery.
