Loueise Addison

Funeral services were held Saturday at St. John's Funeral home in Portland for Loueise Addison (Mrs. Harold) of Mapleton, who died Friday at 9:30 p,m. in the hospital of the University of Oregon Medical school following open-heart surgery performed Friday morning.
Private concluding services were Monday in the Portland crematorium.
Mrs. Addison, a member of Myrtlewood Circle, Military Order of Lady Bugs, Coos Bay, was the retiring state president of the order. She was to have presided at the annual state meeting in Eugene the day she underwent surgery. She had been ill for more than a year and had been hospitalized in preparation for the operation for one month.
Survivors include her husband and a daughter, Mrs. Elsie Padford, Mapleton.
