She was born near Warren, Iowa, January 20, 1886, and had been a life resident of the Donnellson vicinity.
She was a member of the St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church at Donnellson; the Women's Guild, and was a teacher in the junior department of the Sunday School. She was president of the Ann Thatcher circle of King's Daughters and was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
She was married to Arthur Hirschler February 17, 1907. He preceded her in death. She was married to Hugo G. Best February 18, 1917.
Survivors include her husband; one son, Davis T. Hirschler; one sister, Mrs. Amanda Fett; a brother, Henry Abel; and a grandson, Charles Hirschler, all of Donnellson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon with the Rev. E.K. Schneider officiating. Rites will be held at the Best Home at 1:30 and at the St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church at 2 P.M.
The body will be removed from the Agnew Funeral Home to the Best residence Saturday morning.
