Sarcoxie - Mrs. Hattie Campbell, 89, Sarcoxie, Route 2, died at 9:40 a.m. Monday at a Sarcoxie nursing home where she had resided five years.
Born April 8, 1892 at LaRussell, she was a lifetime resident of the LaRussell and Sarcoxie areas. She was a Sunday School teacher for the adult class at Blake Baptist Church.
Surviving are three daughters Mrs. Erma Hood, Sarcoxie Route 2, Mrs. Iris Roberts, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Miss Dorthea Campbell, of the home; 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Blake Baptist Church with the Rev. A.C. Whitworth officiating. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery near LaRussell, under direction of Morris-Lehman Funeral Home, Miller.
The family will receive friends 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
