Ann C. Miller, a daughter of the late F. Walker Miller, of Mason, was born in Greece, Monroe county, New York, November 22, 1833, and when only two years of age her parents removed to Michigan and settled on the farm now occupied by Lewis W.(sic) Miller, her brother, in Mason. She was a very successful teacher. At the age of twenty she became a communicant of the Baptist Church at Baldwin's Prairie, and, although for the past 18 or 20 years a lingering consumptive, she died April 12, 1881, a trumphant believer in her religious faith, greatly esteemed by a large circle of admiring friends.
