Grave recorded April 8, 1956 by the Chief Tusquahoma Chapter D.A.R. for the series "Louisiana Tombstone Transcriptions", Volume I, Page 98.
The online transcript of his death certificate found on familysearch states he was born in Mississippi, was the husband of Marjorie Edwards and died at Bastrop.
A later index reported his middle name as Randolph and his date of birth as June 1, 1867. His wife Margie, who died in 1969 seems to share a double stone with him and their marriage date of July 12, 1906 is inscribed on it.
