Franklin News-Herald, Monday, Feb 10 1902:
Hezekiah Berlin, about 80, an aged and well known resident of Dempseytown, died at his home there Saturday evening. He never married, and lived in Venango County nearly all his life. He was a veteran of the Civil War, an honest and industrious citizen, and a good neighbor.
