After Mary Clines Died Thomas "Tommy" Moved to Omaha to live with William and Mary Clines. In 1942 he elisted in the U.S. Marines where he attained the rank of Warrant Officer before participating in the invasion of Iwo Jima in February of 1945 where he was killed in action. His body was returned the following year and he was buried with other members of the family in Greeley Cemetery in Greeley, Nebraska
