Mrs Maud Witt Surber, 77, who died at her home in Bandera Sunday, was buried in the Center Point Cemetery Monday with Rev Joe Townsend, pastor of the Bandera Baptist Church officiating. Interment was under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
She was a native of Center Point, and had lived in Bandera for the last 36 years. She is survived by two children, M/Sgt Leonard N Surber of the Waco Air Force Base and Mrs Jewel Wellborn of Bandera, two grandchildren and one brother, Fred Witt of Hamilton.
