Parents - Isaac Newton and Candace Ann (Scott) Shenk. She married Roy Calhoon on Feb. 1, 1911 at Central City, Merrick Co., Nebraska. She moved to San Diego, California, on Nov. 1, 1923. Roy preceded her in death on June 8, 1937. Her entire life she was referred to as "Gae". She had a twin sister, Dorothy Mae, who was always known as "Mae". Two children blessed her life - Leo Calhoon and Eva Mae (Calhoon) Agsten.
