Ida Camilla was married first to John Faxal from Villmar, Germany. They came to Texas on the ship James Edwards in 1846 with four children. The family settled in Pin Oak,Texas in Bastrop County. John Faxal died in Bastrop County on May 27, 1862. Camilla married Henry Westhoff in Bastrop Cty. on May 22, 1866. In the 1880s some of Camilla's children moved to near Yoakum and Camilla apparently decided to join them. She sold her land in Pin Oak in 1892.
