Montgom ery, Harry G. October 13, 2007 Harry G. Montgomery, 70, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2007. He was born March 18, 1937 in Allen County, Kentucky to the late Herschell and Mattie Anderson Montgomery. Harry served as a U.S. Army Ranger between the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He married Judy A. McNew December 24, 1959. He worked as a millwright for Witco Corporation for 30 years, retiring in 1995. Visitation will be held Monday, October 15 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Thompson Road Chapel, 3333 E. Thompson Rd., with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. Harry is survived by his wife, Judith Ann McNew Montgomery; sons, Jamie L. (Rhonda) and Michael G. (Sonja) Montgomery; brothers, Howard, Paul "Fuzzy", Vivion "Hoss" Montgomery; sisters, Martha "Cookie" Hill and Betty Ann Patterson; grandchildren, Jerry, Levi, and Cody Montgomery and Michael Powell; great-grandson, Trenton Montgomery. His sisters, Saddie Lee Centers and Jonell Montgomery, have preceded him in death.
