Roy Hyatt was a long-time law enforcement officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He served 6 years as Undersheriff for Tulsa County Sheriff Charles Price before joining the Tulsa Police Department where he would eventually serve as Tulsa Police Chief 1936-1938 and 1941-1948. Roy Hyatt was referred to as one of the most respected police chiefs Tulsa ever had.
