James Allison "Stub" Bill was the second of five children of James Bard Bill and his first wife Harriet Elizabeth Congdon.A North Stonington,Connecticut; town official he was also over 50 years a member of the Grange in that community.He was interred in the Pendleton Hill Cemetery in North Stonington.He was the widower of Lois Naomi Chapman.They had five children:Daniel Bard,Leonard Eugene,Marcia Allison,William allen,and Penny Louise.Mr. Bill,my uncle, was involved in dairy farming.Clark's Falls where he was born is located in the Town of North Stonington,Connecticut.
