A. P. Ledbetter, 85, native of Madison county, died March 14 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Neal of near Fullerton, Calif., where he had made his home the last few months. The body was returned here for burial on March 21, which was in the Bohannan cemetery, with the Rev. Robert M. Reed of Combs officiating.

Mr. Ledbetter is survived by fours sons and two daughters, G. A. Ledbetter of Great Bend, Kans., Robt. Ledbetter of Muskogee, Okla., Clarence Ledbetter of Verdigris, Okla., Troy Ledbetter, Wesley, Ark. Mrs. Ethel Ghromley of Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Neal; one sister, Mrs. Luvenia Dwyer of Oklahoma, and one half brother, Jason Clark of El Reno, Calif.
