Cephas L. BRAINARD age 82 for many years prominent in farming and grape shipping here died at the hoe of his son FRANK on Mills St this AM, he had been ill about 2 weeks. Mr. BRAINARD returned from hs winter home in Delray Beach FL about 3 weeks ago and became ill son after arriving home. Surviving are his wife (Frankie) 3 sons, Frank and Raymond of Brocton, DeForest in Calif, 2 daughters, Mrs Eula HUMBERT in Cleveland, and Mary Cook of Hamburg NY and 9 grandchildren and a great grandson also survive.
