Lulu M. Grace
Memorial services were Nov. 25 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church for Lulu M. Grace, a Denver resident since 1919. The body was cremated.
Mrs. Grace, 93, 5730 S. Delaware St., Littleton, died Nov. 22 at Golden Age Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Nov. 21, 1887, in Grainfield, Kan. She attended Kansas schools and the Iowa Sate School for the Deaf, and graduated from Gallaudet College for the Deaf in 1910. She and the Rev. Homer E. Grace were married in 1912 in Kansas. They homesteaded in eastern Colorado in 1913 and moved to Denver in 1919. Grace died Aug. 31.
Survivors include two daughters, Vera G. Hassan and Betty G. Fry, both of Littleton; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
