William Henry Brown, 69, died at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in his home on Church St. after being in ill health for some time.
He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Brown, of Shady Grove, and a member of the Sugar Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the Shady Grove Masonic Lodge, and Royal Arch Masons at Earlington.
Survivors are two sons, Marion, in the U.S. Army stationed at Camp Shelby, Miss., and Harlan, of Providence; a sister, Mrs. Louis McConnell, of Tampa, Fla.; four brothers, Ellis, of Evansville, Lynn, of Shady Grove, and Dennie and Bryan Brown, of Providence.
