Leland C. Jackson 52, of 124 N. Hancock St. died at 11:55 a.m. Nov. 5, 1992, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.
He was born May 23, 1940 in Ottumwa to Chester Elbert and Mildred Adler Jackson.
He is survived by his mother of Ottumwa; two sisters Geraldine Terrell of Des Moines and LaVeda Grunwald of Woolstock; two brothers; Chester and Ralph of Des Moines; a half-brother, Harry Jackson of Ottumwa; and two half-sisters, Wanda and Naomi of Brownsville Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father; a half-brother, Nathan Jackson; and a half-sister Marcella Light.
The service will be 2p.m. Saturday at Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery.
