Buzz L. Estell, 46, formerly of Junction City, died Friday, Nov. 24, 2000, at his home in Topeka.

Mr. Estell was a telephone operator for Topeka Independent Living.

He was born Sept. 7, 1954, in Junction City, the son of Houston Herdie and Marian Raigans Estell. He graduated from Junction City High School and lived most of his life in Junction City.

Mr. Estell was a member of the Ward Chapel AME Church in Junction City and the American Disabilities Association.

Survivors include a daughter, Latawsha Estell, Kansas City, Kan.; two brothers, Frank Estell, Junction City, and Herdie Charles Estell, Anchorage, Alaska; and two sisters, Linda Rae Felder, Topeka, and Charleszetta Johnson, Columbia, S.C.
