ELKADER, Ia. — Philip Cords, 85, died Sunday at his farm home near Elkader.
Friends may call at the Witt Funeral home, Elkader. Funeral services w ill be at 2 p.m. W ednesday at the Peace Evangelical and Reformed Church, Elkader, with burial in the East Side Cemetery.
Survivors are his wife, Hattie; four daughters, Mrs. Frances Buckman, Elkader; Mrs. Murrell Stence, Evanston, Ill.; Mrs. Paul Sargent, Edgewood, la., and Mrs. Gladys Robinson, McGregor. la.: one son, Arnold, St. Olaf, Minn.; a brother, Joseph, and a sister, Mrs. Paula Beckman, both of Elkader, and eight grandchildren.
