Mary M. Alfano Giglio

TRENTON -- Mary M. Alfano Giglio, 75, died Tuesday at St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Italy, Mrs. Giglio was a Trenton resident for most of her life.

Employed by the former Daly's Womens Apparel, South Broad Street, Trenton, for 29 years until 1963, she also was employed by the former Arnold Constable and Sa Lee Women's Apparel for 12 years.

Mrs. Giglio was a member of St. Joachim's Church and its senior citizens club.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Vincenzina Buttice Alfano and wife of the late James F. Giglio, she is survived by a daughter, Rosemary Ragazzo of Hamilton; a brother, Joseph Alfano of Fontana, Calif.; three sisters, Frances Salzmann of Bradenton, Fla., Rose Schleicher of Sarasota, Fla., and Jean Marchesano of Lansdowne, Pa.; two grandchildren, Victoria and Christopher Ragazzo of Hamilton; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

The funeral will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday from Brenna Funeral Home, 340 Hamilton Ave., Trenton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in St. Joachim's Church, Trenton.

Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton.

Calling hours will be Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joachim's Church, 19 Bayard St., Trenton, N.J. 08611.
